Products

  1. Do you add perfumes to your products?

    We only use fragrance and essential oils in our products.  We ONLY use essential oils in our Angel Touch's Therapy & Aromatic Products, that are extracted from the leaves and plant themselves.

  2. Do you use preservative in your products?

    In our lotions we use Optiphen®  which is a unique paraben-free and formaldehyde-free liquid preservative that provides optimized protection against microbial growth in the goats milk.

    In our soaps we use sodium hydroxide, which is the chemical that induces saponification with fats and oils. This is a necessary ingredient  when making soap.

  3. Where are your products made?

    Our products are made on our farm in East Texas, from our Dairy Nubian Milk Goats.

  4. What ingredients are in your Lotions?

    Goat Milk, Shea Butter and/or Cocoa Butter, Sweet Almond Oil, Avacado Oil, Emulsifying wax, Beeswax, stearic acid, Optiphen, Water.  Essentials and/or Fragrance Oils.

  5. What happens if I receive a Product that has gone sour?

    Here at Udderly-Natural we create our products with freshness of Goat Milk and do not anticipate our products to go sour. The shelf life of our Goat Milk Products (specifically the Lotions) is up to 6 months and will stay fresh longer if kept in a cooler environment. Exposure of your Goat Milk Products to the heat or sun will shorten the life of the product and can go sour.   If you receive a product that is not satisfactory - Follow Udderly-Natural's return policy.

Shipping Charges

  1. What are your shipping charges?

    Shipping and handling  will apply on orders under $75.00.  0rders over $75.00 will be shipped FREE!  Any orders placed in Texas will be charged the 8.25 % state sales tax.

Returns/Cancellation/Refunds

  1. What is your return policy?

    If you are not satisfied with our product, you may return the product within 14 days of purchase for an exchange of like product. Purchaser to pay for return shipping.

  2. Can I cancel my order?

    Yes, orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after placing. To cancel please send an email to [email protected]

  1. Do you ever runs sales on your product?

    Yes, we normally run specials before Valentines Day, and Christmas. LIKE us on facebook and stay up to date on our promotions.

  2. Do you offer discounts for large purchases?

    We don't offer discounts unless you are a wholesaler, but we do offer FREE shipping for orders over $75.
